Delivery Methods

Logistics Partners:

  • Home Delivery: HCT Logistics, SF Express (For international shipping only; please contact customer service in advance)
  • Convenience Store Pickup: 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart

Delivery Timeframe – Taiwan

  • Home Delivery: Approximately 2–4 working days (via HCT Logistics or Chunghwa Post)
  • Convenience Store Pickup: Approximately 3–4 working days (via 7-ELEVEN or FamilyMart)
  • International Delivery: Delivery time varies depending on the destination.

※ For international shipping, please contact our customer service team to confirm shipping costs. When placing an order, please provide your shipping address in Chinese, English, and the local language, along with the area code, to ensure proper delivery.


Shipping Information

  • Orders (excluding preorder items and the order date) will be shipped within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. No deliveries on Sundays, national holidays, or make-up holidays (subject to logistics provider announcements).
  • During peak seasons or under force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), shipments may be delayed.
  • For HCT Logistics: Delivery is based on the driver's route schedule.
  • For convenience store pickup: Please check SMS notifications and collect the parcel within 7 days. Failure to pick up the parcel will result in a shipping cost that must be borne by the customer.

Shipping Fees

  • Taiwan (Main Island): Orders totaling NT$8,000 or more (after discounts, coupons, and rewards) enjoy free shipping (excludes outlying islands and remote areas).
  • Orders under NT$8,000 will incur a NT$200 shipping fee.

Standard Shipping Rates (Taiwan):

  • HCT Logistics: NT$200 (if order total is under NT$8,000)
  • Convenience Store Pickup: NT$90
  • Outlying Islands/Remote Areas: HCT Logistics – NT$600 (See complete list of regions)

International Orders:

  • Please contact customer service to calculate international shipping fees. A representative will assist you with the process.

Important Notes for International Orders

  • Import duties vary by country. If your country imposes customs duties, you will be responsible for covering them.
  • If an international parcel is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties, the refund will be processed after deducting the actual round-trip shipping and any related customs duties.
  • The recipient must comply with local import regulations and restrictions (e.g., prohibited items); legal liabilities arising therefrom are solely the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Any exchange rate differences resulting from returns will be borne by the customer.
  • Only Paypal payments are accepted for international orders.
